Sienna Rossano picked up the catch ride on Julian Steward’s Black Tie to win the championship in the Junior Hunter 3’3” 15 & Under Section B. With second-, third-, and fourth-place ribbons, they also won the Grand Junior Hunter 3’3” Championship, sponsored by Everlane Equestrian LLC. Rossano was named the Best Junior 3’3” Rider Award sponsored by Deer Creek Farm LLC.

Top ribbons of two firsts over fences and second place under saddle earned Glasgow and Darby Mullally the championship in the Children’s Hunter 14 & Under Section B, sponsored by Mr. & Mrs. Gary Duffy and Little Brook Farms, Inc. as well as the Grand Children’s Hunter Championship sponsored by Mary Jane King.

Lilly Herzog and Styles finished their competition on Saturday but returned on Sunday to take home the lion’s share of awards.

Kenzie Smith, 15, and Orchard Zweed, owned by Rivers Edge, won all three over fences classes and were third under saddle to finish as champions in the Large Pony Hunters, sponsored by the Goodwin Family and were presented with The Tampa Horse Show Trophy donated by Dr. Suzanne Smith.

As the early leader in the jump-off of the $10,000 NAL1.25m Junior/Amateur Final, Mary Margaret Tortorice rode Londra Domani, owned by Olivia Krapf, held off 12 other challengers for victory.

On Saturday night, October 3, at the 2026 Capital Challenge Horse Show, jumpers took center stage with the North American League (NAL) 1.25m and 1.35m Junior/Amateur Jumper Finals.

Diablo Z is no stranger to winning at Capital Challenge, having taken the top spot in last year’s NAL 1.35m Junior/Amateur Jumper Final with Loretta-Jean Devening.

After a second-place finish in the $10,000 NAL 1.15m Amateur Jumper Final in 2025, Taylor Kungle of Wellington, FL, and Quickly Stated, owned by Breakwater Farm LLC, returned to take the first-place ribbon.

Thursday’s competition brought jumpers to The Show Place Arena in the North American League Jumper Finals presented by Frog Pond Stables.

Scott Stewart stood for yet another winning presentation after he rode Gracious to victory in the $25,000 North American Green Hunter 3’ & 3’3” Championship, presented by The Wheeler Family.

Encore, ridden by Scott Stewart and owned by Rivers Edge, was named the Grand Hunter Champion, sponsored by Brad Wolf after accumulating the most points in the High Performance Hunter division.

When Kylee Arbuckle had the opportunity to compete in the WCHR Developing Pro Challenge thanks to a last-minute offer of a horse to ride, she took advantage of it and came away with victory.

A Lister proved himself once again at Capital Challenge, this time winning the $50,000 WCHR Professional Challenge. Stewart took the lead in the first round with a score of 92.33 and followed up with 90.33 for a 182.67 total.
